Vince Ion
Vince is a former Health Visitor who has a long background in NHS health education, and who now runs a social enterprise company. He is a devoted Everton supporter.
Vince has the responsibility for marketing, communications and quality standards.
Ruth Ingamells
Ruth joins us with 15 years experience as a Regional Director working within the statutory and non-statutory advocacy field in the third sector, and 5 years working within Operations and Contracts Management (NHS outsourcing) for a large private healthcare provider. Since becoming a Lincolnshire resident in 1998, she has been passionate about ensuring those living in rural communities have good access to healthcare and has been part of a number of patient experience groups looking at shaping services that can be available to all.
Andrew North
Chair of the Board
Andrew is former Chief Executive of both North Lincs & Goole and United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust.
Andrew has the responsibility of the finances and the structure of the programme.
Graham Briggs
Graham has lived in Lincolnshire for over 25 years. He is currently the Director of GB HR Limited, an HR and OD Consultancy, and joins us with an extensive career as an NHS HR Director working in Acute Hospitals across Norfolk, Lincolnshire, South and West Yorkshire. Both as a Lincolnshire resident and HR professional Graham has an interest in tackling the doctor shortage across the NHS.
Sue Marris
I am a GP who is now retired from clinical practice, but still working as an appraiser and mentor for colleagues.
I was asked to provide teaching for the doctors and became interested in offering more of my time to support the Program and its work.

Wyn Jones
Associate Board Member
Wyn is the Workforce Transformation Lead for Health Education England covering the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System (ICS) area. His role involves working with local stakeholders, including employers and education institutes on the workforce agenda. Wyn chairs the Humber and North Yorkshire (HNY) Workforce Transformation Group and his role focuses on developing transformation, education and learning opportunities for all health and care staff working across the Humber and North Yorkshire geographic area.
Wyn has worked in the NHS for over 30 years in different parts of the country and has worked in Trusts covering acute, community, mental health and learning disabilities services mainly in workforce planning and development roles. He also worked as a management consultant for a commercial company for three years before returning to the NHS.
Simon Burrows
Associate Board Member
Simon joined LRDP in a Board advisory capacity in Summer 2021. He has extensive experience in health sector financial management, having joined the NHS in 2008 as part of the East Midlands SHA finance training scheme and working in the Lincolnshire health system since 2011.
Simon is a graduate of Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy. Originally from Mansfield, Simon lives in North Muskham and has two young children. He enjoys football and supports Mansfield Town FC.
